1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Kinly ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Kinly is a relationship management application that helps users maintain connections with important people through reminders, notes, and contact management features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier allows you to manage up to 50 contacts with basic features. No payment is required.

4.2 Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are available on a monthly ($6.99/month) or annual ($59.99/year) basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.3 Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card is required. The trial automatically converts to the free tier after 7 days unless you subscribe to Pro.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Contact Apple or Google support for refund requests.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and sync your content to provide the service.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kinly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kinly operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
