π Getting Started
What is Kinly?

Kinly is a relationship management app designed to help you stay connected with the
people who matter most β especially if you struggle to remember to stay in touch. Get
started in 60 seconds with our simple setup.
How does the 7-day Pro trial work?
+
You can start a 7-day free trial of Kinly Pro to try all features. You wonβt be
charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play
subscription settings before day 7 to avoid being billed.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
+
Free: Up to 15 contacts, basic reminders, and core features. Pro: Unlimited contacts,
cross-device sync, birthday reminders, one-off reminders, family tree visualization,
weekly summaries, and custom reminder times.

What is the Family Tree feature?
+
The Family Tree helps you visualize and manage family relationships for each contact.
You can add family members, see how everyone is connected, and never forget important
family relationships.
How does Weekly Focus work?
+
Weekly Focus shows you who you need to reach out to this week based on your contact
cadences. It prioritizes overdue contacts, those due today, and upcoming contacts to
help you stay on top of your relationships.
Can I sync across multiple devices?

Yes! Pro users get cross-device sync, so your contacts, reminders, and interactions
are automatically synced across all your devices (iPhone, iPad, Android phones,
tablets).
How do reminders work?

Kinly sends you reminders when it's time to reach out to a contact based on your
cadence settings. You can set custom reminder times for each contact, and Pro users
get birthday and one-off reminder notifications.

How much does Pro cost?

Pro is $3.99/month or $34.99/year (save 27%). The annual plan is the best value and
saves you money compared to monthly.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime. You'll continue to have Pro access
until the end of your current billing period, then switch to the free version.
What happens to my data if I cancel?

All your data is saved and will be available if you resubscribe. Free users can access
up to 15 contacts, and Pro features are archived but not deleted.
How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings > Subscription and tap "Restore Purchases". This will restore your Pro
subscription if you've purchased it on another device or reinstalled the app.
π Privacy & Data
Is my data private and secure?
+
Yes! Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your contact
information with third parties. Your relationships and reminders are private to you.
Can I export my data?
+
Yes! Go to Settings > Data & Privacy > Export Data to download all your contacts,
reminders, and interactions in a portable format.
Can I delete my account?
+
Yes. Go to Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete Account. This will permanently delete
all your data. This action cannot be undone.
β Troubleshooting
Why aren't I receiving reminders?
+
Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings and in Kinly's
notification settings. Also check that you've set cadences for your contacts and that
reminders are enabled in Settings.
My data isn't syncing across devices
+
Make sure you're signed in with the same account on all devices and that you have an
active Pro subscription. Try signing out and back in, or contact support if the issue
persists.
