Account Management
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app:
- Open Kinly and go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app installed, please email us at info@kinlyconnect.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", and we will assist you.
Subscriptions & Billing
Kinly subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To cancel or change your subscription:
- iOS: Go to iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Kinly.
- Android: Open Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Kinly.
